it-manThis drop is like soooooo bad that I ended up buying a Fiio M3 from Amazon. RIP Sansa Clip+ you will be missed.
"its impressive playback time (10 hours between charges) ensures you’re never on the go without your tunes"
10 hours? Are you kidding me? Try Fiio M3's 24 hours and charges in 2.5 hours fully. I just charged mine so fast. Spend $8.26 more and just get the Fiio M3. I'm confused why anyone would even want this over the M3.
SirRoosterSpace can easily be remedied with a MicroSD card. I actually have a 200GB San Disk in my Fiio M3 right now. With the amount of people having smart phones in this age they're bound to have a few extra MicroSD cards. Even then they're readily available for $10-$20 depending on size.
But 24 hours though, that means you don't have to charge for a few days. I can burn through 9 hours easily at work. That means the player will not have much play time left if I forget to charge it. It's nice to have that extra buffer battery life in case you forget to charge.
24 hours though, more time to enjoy music and less time wasted charging back up.
6EQUJ5SInce you wanted reasons not arguments. I am using my Xduoo X2 with a 64GB card( I hear much higher is supported). 10 hours playback time is more than sufficient for me atleast. If you are not satisfied with that you always can look elsewhere. Mine charges from 0% t0 100% in near 15-20 mins with a quick charge 2.0 charger I have from LG. The output power drives almost anything I have. Yes, the higher power may lead to some noise in some iems. Sound wise I haven't listened to M3 but whatever else I did Xduoo sounded better. My only quirk with this player is it's UI but for good sound it's something I don't hold against it. So whatever suits a person may buy either of them. There is no winner or loser.
