This may have been answered already but what is original polling rate on these keyboards after the Fn+Esc refresh? Is there no way to find out what sampling rate the keyboard is set to?
Mine just showed up today, it's the 104 key acrylic. Looks pretty good, though I haven't opened the case to look on the inside. No sticky keys yet, also none of my key caps fell off when I held it upside down. Everything seems to be normal except that maybe a couple of the keys seem to have a different actuation height, but maybe that is just in my head. It does also have the strange blip on the breath mode that someone else had mentioned. Probably just a glitch in that mode.
I will say they could have finished the edge of the acrylic with some really high grit sand paper just to knock down the small bur from the cutting process and smooth the tooling marks. All in all I am happy with it. I would be curious to know what the response time of this keyboard is versus some other high end keyboards.

JDATNope... I'm guessing you're referring to the polling rate adjust? I did however manage to get a 3ms button press. Also you can press buttons on this keyboard with a magnet... This shouldn't come as a surprise, the hall effect measures the separation of charge due to a magnetic field. It is a good bit if fun though.

Akya2120yeah I am still wondering how to tell what polling rate the keyboard is set at. I just keep hitting it expecting something to change but it all feels like it makers no difference lol.

JDATI followed up with the factory about this. There may be an error in the manual. The polling rate of the board is fixed at 1ms. The actuation height is adjustable, but only very slightly, by about 0.3mm.

JDAT100g springs?! You would need a hammer to hit them! Joking aside, the springs are easily replaceable but I don't have a source of 100g springs at the moment, sorry. Anything with a similar inner diameter, outer diameter, and length should work if you can find them. These springs are custom made for us by a spring manufacturer in China.

XMITI did...did not say a thing about spring removal that I could see (maybe I have 2 pages glued together). A little frustrating that it takes so long for you to respond, as I have yet to find a real means to contact your company on anything resembling real time. Anyway dont worry about it, I dont use it anymore..tried to adapt to it but... . Just a suggestion..you should put the function symbol on the face of each keycap so its much easier to use. I used a label maker. I would also space the keys out more or put a more sever taper on them as the closeness makes it a bit of a struggle.

JDATThe closest you'll get to real time support is by contacting Massdrop. I'm working with them behind the scenes to resolve every support case they get!
The instructions are on page 7 of the manual posted here: http://www.xmitkeyboards.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/XMIT-Keyboards-Manual-Letter.pdf.
I'll take your suggestions into consideration for the next round, thanks for the feedback!
