They seem to be referring to the kit which hit 5000 MHz in part for marketing (though most others do similar bench runs, G-Skill, corsair etc): http://www.xpg.com/en/newslist/1/2018/1/1667/
Would have been highly binned chips, timings pretty loose and very good CPU IMC. Looks like the kits here top out at 4133 MHz.
