You can but it's an overkill. Most monitor users of those size of speakers are for music mixing with an amp connected to the speakers inputs. You'll need to buy cables that converts balanced to single ended to connect to your PC. I'd suggest you get a pair of HS5 to simulate PC speakers, ther are much more compact and your desktop is not gonna look like a mixing studio. You'll still need the cables though and Massdrop does not offer them. If you are so concerned about a lack of bass get yourself the HS7, smaller but still powerful.
