Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. I tried Bluetooth with my iPhone and RCA from my Mac with the same results.
Anyone else have this problem? Kanto, any troubleshooting suggestions?
I had one issue where the optical output from my TV was not coming through.
Turns out that I had to switch my HDMI Audio Format from Bitstream to PCM. Sending Bitstream to the YUMIs basically kills them until you power cycle them (even switching to Bluetooth to listen to my iPhone stopped working until I power cycled).
Now that I'm only sending PCM though, it's all good.
Thanks to Nicole and others at Kanto support for their help.
