would these be good for use with a tv? I'm wanting to upgrade from a weak LG 2.1 soundbar where I can't hear the dialogue. I'd upgrade to a 3.1 soundbar but am limited in room between tv and fireplace (I know... a bad idea, but no choice).

macmcr3I use mine with a 55-inch tv and they perform great as a sound bar replacement.

macmcr3I use mine in exact same situation as @Nhan and I love them. I picked up the Sub8 as well and everything sounds great.

AlexPkOne of the main issues I have now is with hearing dialogue over the background noises, explosions, etc... Given this solution doesn't have a dedicated 'center channel' which is where the dialogue is suppose to exist, does this solution work well regardless? I'm likely going to jump in and give this a go but was curious about how well this works with this particular concern.
On a side note, I just hooked up a bluetooth transmitter to the Roku and paired it with my bose qc35 headphones. I'm amazed at the sound quality and just how much detail/ambient sound I was missing through my crappy soundbar.

macmcr3I actually had a segment in my comment that I removed about being able to finally hear the dialogue without being deafened by explosions. I ended up taking it out because I wasn't sure if there was other causes for this and didn't want to sell something I didn't understand.
So with the caveat that it could be a lot of things, for me it made dialogue actually audible and I love it. I think on some movies I watch that are encoded as 5.1 or something it's still SFX central, but for most things it's so much better.
