Is there a way to put more all-terrain-y wheels on this? Pavement is not the smoothest in the cities I go to/live.

AlexCzarI ride normal longboards. Looks to me like it’s the normal wheel setup, which is two bearings separated by a spacer, followed by a washer and a nut to keep it all on. You should easily be able to find some different wheel, and just need the right size tool to take them off. Any skate tool will work.

okisparksThe motor attaches to the wheel, so nope, not any different wheel will work. It'll require either an adapter or specifically designed wheel kit.

AlexCzarMy bad on that, didn’t notice that. I’ve seen a few that have different assemblies, and allow for more options.
