OK, here's my question: What the heck does RTF mean? Does it stand for something? If you look at the Yuneec website, there is no model with that designation. And none of the descriptions here or on Amazon (which are the only two places where I can find the RTF even mentioned) give any indication of what it means. Is there some difference between the H Pro and the H RTF Pro? If so, what?

Gilliland RTF stands for Ready-To-Fly. Usually an RTF quadcopter doesn't require any assembly or setup, but you may have to do some simple things like charge up the battery, install the propellers or bind the controller to the quadcopter.

JaysunOK, thanks, that's helpful. But does that mean that the plain "Typhoon H Pro" without the RTF designation is somehow not ready-to-fly? Because it appears to me that all versions of the Typhoon H come with propellers, battery, charger(s), and controller. That would seem to be "ready to fly" to me. So does the term RTF really have any meaning in this context? In other words, does it imply some difference between this and the regular Typhoon H Pro, other than the extra stuff in the bundle? Is there some difference here - in the actual copter or controller - that I'm missing?

GillilandAmazing - four people have told me that RTF means Ready-To-Fly, but no one has answered my question. :) I'll repeat the question: Exactly what is the difference between the model/package that says RTF vs the model that does NOT say RTF? What exactly is it about the non-RTF model that makes it NOT ready-to fly? I've seen both designations listed on Amazon, and the one labeled "RTF" costs more, but I am unable to determine what the difference is between them. They appear to be identical. What detail am I missing?
