I had the 1080p version last year. I had a good time it, disregard solistica's "review", he even crashed thing and did not know what he was doing. Of course these use micro sd cards, they are lighter and more compact. This drone also does 1080p so the ability to use 4K in the future is nice. The video in the controller is great, less moving parts, do not have to use your phone. There is battery maintenance in any drone and you might want to buy a charger that balances the batteries. The case is handy but can be dented(even when it was shipped to me). I got rid of my drone because people are afraid of them and even though mine just went to waterfalls and never flew over people, people were too negative about it.
