Just received my keyboard today. I love the design and layout but BOTH my tab key and 'm' key fail to register 1/20 key presses. Sad to say but after 6 months of waiting and 160$ I am disappointed.

dadleyyI'm so sorry to hear about that. Let's fix the issue quickly. Did you get an extra keycaps? and If you pull out the 'tab' keycap and 'm' keycap, the issue still there or not happen again? can you help me to confirm it? Thank you!

dadleyyI had the same issue. Turns out that, if the LED is not exactly in the center (horizontally), it doesn't sit perfectly in the cutout made for it in the switch body. That means that the keycap will hit the LED and prevent proper actuation, unless the LED is perfectly in the center. Move the LED gently with your finger to place it in the middle.

MelGeekUnfortunately now my left 'win' key is no longer registering key presses - even if I remove the key cap and directly press the switch down it does not register w/ my computer.
