So, the programming tool/software isn't very intuitive (in my opinion). I can't find any documentation for it anywhere so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I'm trying to use the replace key feature, under unions, to set shift + Esc to give me a ~ character. When I select the key to do that, it defaults to producing ` since that's the "first"/non-shift character on that key. How do I make shift + Esc produce a ~ character?
MelGeekThank you for providing me with an opportunity to try out BETA version of KBTools.
While it seems something is wrong with the archive,
I managed to make it function by transplanting some resources from the older version.
i.e. Config/StaticKeyBoardConfig.json and Config/StaticKeyBoardConfig.xml
I am very excited to find out these icons to support CJK keyboard layouts in the image folder.

変換Key == HenkanKey == ConvertToKanjiKey is the key I had in mind when I first saw the separated space bars of Z70.
And with a bit of hacking of json and xml files, I am now able to map HenkanKey to the right-space-bar. Yeah!
Thank you for your effort to create this great product.
Also I'm looking forward to the official release of the new version of KBTools.
Note: Please don't forget to add support for INTER1(0x87) and INTER3(0x89).
MelGeekThank you for sharing this firmware. I have been able to program my z70 with it...incredible! Are there any plans to allow Union for a 4 key shortcut? Stupidly a keyboard shortcut for a key program I use is Alt+Ctrl+Win+F1 and I would like to simplify that.
BanjoMascotBanjo, May I ask a question?
Was it able to register enough number of Unions ? It should support as many as 32.
In my case, for some reason, I cannot register more than 15.
It's a very weird behaviour and I can't explain it precisely.
It's like if I register new one old one gets forgotten.
