JHStarnerIt's not support USB-C to USB-C.
You can use Fn + up/down to adjust LED.
and I guess you don't use the latest KBTools and firmware.

MelGeekI got the LEDs back on, updated to the latest firmware, and downloaded the latest KBTools direct from the ZPZ0Tech website.
Keyboard is working fine now. Save for the cable which does not work for anything. The cable I received is broken or not working at this point. I had to use one of my other USB-A to USB-C cables.

JHStarnerI'm so sorry about that. You downloaded the KBTools and firmware from ZPZOTech is not the latest version.
please download KBTools and firmware from google driver.

USB-C cable is DOA, does not work for any USB-C devices that I have.
Does not change after running Firmware update.
Also LEDs stopped working after Firmware update.
This is all within the first 20 minutes of unboxing...
