I'm not an ultralighter and haven't camped for quite a few years. But this tent was very easy to setup - it was light (at least compared to the car camping monstrosities I've used in the past) and fit easily into my backpack.
I had a pretty warm bag so I didn't use cover on top. I really really loved how the stars looked while laying down in the tent though.
