gahawnYou should have yours by now, but we gave some extra time to allow for the larger order on this and extra process involved in creating the design - sometimes Zippo makes more to fill our orders, as opposed to having them in stock already.
Glad to hear we're doing well for you! Where in AK? I spent a week in the Denali Wilderness two summers ago, passed through Talkeetna, and hiked up Exit Glacier trail on the Kenai Peninsula. Truly, the last frontier - not just a slick bumper sticker slogan - it is huge and wild on a whole different scale than anything in the lower 48!

JonasHeinemanNope Jonas not yet. I live in Anchorage Alaska. Tracking info shows 4/27. Apparently it needs to arrive USPS from Kent Washington to Anchorage.

PhlookeHave you filed a help ticket via My Transactions in your member profile? That is always the place to start. If you have tracking info, then I'd also recommend contacting the carrier - most often, they need to help us both find it anyway. Sorry about that, let our support team know how we can help.

Unfortunately I just have the order number, since my friend owed me money he ended up buying me this lighter and leather case instead of paying me back so I don't have the purchase under my profile, I just have the info that my friend has forwarded me as far as order number, and forwarded emails, etc. I just filed a help ticket but I'm not sure if that would help them any since technically it wasn't ordered from my account.
