Love the product - but really you need to actually do better than what Amazon can do for the price. $14 for the 12hr version means that you need to beat a $28 dollar price including shipping.
BTW: Once you start one of these things you have to let them actually burn all of their fuel, check the manufacturer's instructions. So realistically, even hunting and ice fishing you will rarely need the 12 hr version.
If you offered a 2-pack of the 6hr version for $19.99 with shipping, that would be a deal I'd sign up for.
Massdrop, you need to do better than this.

JColumboYou can just pop the burner off (or put the warmer in an airtight container) and it'll go out. (It's hot, so use common sense when handling.) Personally I rarely do this since I appreciate having them around even when I'm warm indoors.

awkGood tips, thanks! I imagine the reason Zippo doesn't mention popping the top off is the chance of it lighting the fumes of the fluid as you remove the top from the base. As for finding a airtight heat resistant container, that shouldn't be too hard to do.

JColumboI use these for hunting and appreciate the 12 hour versions but like awk said, if you put these in an airtight container, they go out.
