I'm fairly new to Massdrop, but outside two great deals on a couple of Mystery Ranch backpacks, most other drops have been a major disappointment. This one included. A lot of "deals" like this one where you save $2 and have a 30 day wait in exchange for such a great savings. There was a drop for beanies from American Benchcraft, where it was cheaper to order directly from their website with a widely available coupon code, without the 3 week wait. When I pointed that out in the discussion, somebody from American Benchcraft went out of there way to reply and say I was wrong, and the coupon code didn't work on the beanie, even though it worked in the cart on their website, all the way to the final "submit order" step. Do people fall for these crappy drops because it makes them feel "part of something", or they're in some secret purchasing club?
Currently $59.99 on Amazon with 2 day shipping. Or wait a month on here and save $3.
This is the first drop I’ve joined. Does anyone know if the price has the opportunity to go down even more if more people join? Is there a minimum number that have to purchase for this price even to work?

For this drop, there is not possibility of price decrease, nor is there a minimum group buy-in. On certain drops, you will see a progress bar underneath the item image which shows certain goals for the drop. That is how you can tell if it has such characteristics. Hope this helps!
During this year's Gencon, I played this game for five nights in a row, probably five hours per night. It is very well designed, is filled with beautiful minis and is wildly fun! Additionally, it can be expanded massively with the addition of new characters, monsters and scenarios. (None of which are required to enjoy the base game at it's best.)
