Disaster! First time I used this cable I started smelling something burning, now the cables type C end is all scorched and my phone wont charge or connect to a computer with any cable. This was with the same 2.4 amp charger I always use to charge my nexus 5x.

chardoYeah, so I was thinking about buying it, but then I remembered Benson Leung over at Google has been testing USB-C cables for compatibility with the spec.
