I cant find 45 pc sets of Kingwood anywhere so I wonder, what are the extra pieces in the hostess set? Everywhere I look it's a 42 pc set with a serving spoon and fork.

Looks like either the wrong sets were shipped, or the descriptions were wrong. Shows I ordered a 45 pc set, but got a 42 pc set. Looks like 45 pc sets don't exist on the website.
