Easy-to-Control, Ice-Hardened Steel

Zwilling crafts high-end German steel blades with a commitment to quality that’s lasted for nearly three centuries. For proof, just use one of their time-honored blades, of which five are offered here. All blades in the drop are made from high-carbon Friodur steel, which is ice-hardened for maximum sharpness and edge retention over the long haul. And thanks to the tapered bolster, the knife offers extra support and comfort when using the pinch grip, which is recommended by chefs around the world. To match the blade, the curved POM handle facilitates a sure grip, whether you’re slicing onions or carving a turkey. The triple-riveted construction keeps the handle together, while adding a nice two-toned look. The base price is for the 8-inch chef’s knife, but you’ll have your choice from a wide range of other blades, too.

Note: The base price is for the 8-inch chef’s knife. At checkout, you can also choose the 5.5-inch boning knife (- $8), 7-inch fillet knife (- $4), 8-inch carving/slicing knife (- $4), or 7-inch santoku knife (+ $8). Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we can only ship this knife to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
