Zwilling makes a wide variety of knives from pretty good to mediocre. Is this part of their TWIN Professional "S" line (it kind of looks like it with the 3 rivets)?
Also is High-carbon Friodur steel just X50CrMoV15?
I like the size of this knife since it's hard to find smaller quality santokus, but I'm not buying mystery steel.

bookworm13This is the "Pro" series. It is not the "Professional S" series. The easiest why to tell the difference is how the choil is ground. Here is a link to this knife on Henckels' site:

I have a zwilling knife set, I like them. Better than a lot of the other common brands out there for the price (in my opinion).
