Zwilling makes a wide variety of knives from pretty good to mediocre. Is this part of their TWIN Professional "S" line (it kind of looks like it with the 3 rivets)?
Also is High-carbon Friodur steel just X50CrMoV15?
I like the size of this knife since it's hard to find smaller quality santokus, but I'm not buying mystery steel.
