The winner will be selected at random within seven days after each giveaway end date.

GIVEAWAY RULES:

Only one entry per person. You must be a registered member of Drop to enter. Make sure the email address in your account is valid so that we may contact you if you win.

Winners must claim their prize within five business days after the date of notification of such prize. A Sweepstakes winner's failure to respond to the prize notification within the specified five business days will be considered such Sweepstakes winner's forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and to legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years old and over as of the date of entry. Employees, partners and vendors of Drop and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. We will disqualify any entries that we believe are generated by scripts and other automated technology. When applicable, the winner may be required to execute and return within five business days an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (if a US resident) or a Declaration of Compliance (if a Canadian resident).

All prizes will be awarded. No substitutions including for cash are permitted, except that Drop reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value for any prize. Winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize. In the event that the Sweepstakes is infected by a computer virus/worm, or is not capable of running or being executed as planned (as a result of but not limited to an error, omission, defect, delay, misdirection, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, or technical failure) or any other cause which in the sole opinion of Drop corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contests, Drop reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at the entry website(s) mentioned above, and winner(s) will be determined solely by Drop in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect and/or non-disqualified entries.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you opt to receive future communications from Drop.

LAW:

Failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Drop in connection with any drawing or award, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any cause of action by you with respect to the offer (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in above. The language in these official rules shall be interpreted as in accordance with its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the offer of these official rules shall be brought solely in San Francisco County, California. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consent to extraterritorial service of process.
