Very nice knife. Made by Heckler and Koch. Pretty light, strong edge and good steel. Would've loved to see that price a bit lower, but definetely not out of this world to ask $90 for the knife

Thoughts on Kuma Chef's Knife?
Seems like a good deal for 30 USD. Does anyone know any sources that ship to Australia for a reasonable price? https://www.amazon.com/Kuma-Kitchen-Chef-Knife-Professional/dp/B01ERJTK1E/ref=as_li_ss_tl?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1487236874&sr=1-1&keywords

Boker Kwaiken Wooden Mirror - Massdrop Exclusive
Yep, Australian Border Force have sent me a Seizure Notice > CONFISCATED MY KWAIKEN,
Labled it a "BUTTERFLY KNIFE" !?
What the Fuck? >> Anyone with the slightest knowledge of blades would be able to distinguish the difference between a folding knife with a flipping action, (now legal in Australia under an amendment to the Federal legislation two years ago), and a butterfly knife where the blade folds into a recess between the two handles.
But not th...

Too many knives get seized by customs. This knife in particular is illegal as its assisted opening so is a no go either way, but even other knives have been seized being classed as one hand opening. Rather than let you take the gamble Massdrop removed Australia from knife drops. You can use a forwarding service if you really want to risk it.

Maserin Atti 389 Gentleman's Folders
I've received the knife in Australia yesterday. I'm quite surprised to see it got through custom just fine as I couldn't find any sign of tampering on the bag. The box was squished but the knife is ok. Apart from a few dents on the scale, it's perfect. Cuts through stuffs easily. Very happy!
Update: after using the knife for a while, I can say that it's still beautiful. The scales hold up quite well, with only a bit of denting around the edges (...

Morakniv Axe & Knife Combo
Yeah after the loss of the vaping community and now not shipping knives internationally (Australia, as someone has mentioned below, wouldn't have a problem with either the knife or axe) i'm struggling to find reasons to return to Massdrop. I would definitely have bought this kit also as I'm a big fan of Morakniv after purchasing their Swedish Fireknife from this site already.

First non-assisted Flipper Knife
Hello there. I wish to have your opinion on this topic: what would be the best choice for a first non-assisted flipper with a budget of around 60-80 $USD. I'm into knives a lot but I do not know much about flippers and I don't really want to mess wit

Morakniv Garberg Full Tang Knife
I whole heartedly agree with massdrop and Mora knives sanctioning of Australia. Vegemite isn't food and until Australia stops trying to pass it off as such the US and Sweden will stand firm UNITED against this assault on taste buds.
Seriously though, it is most likely not available because another company has the distribution rights for Mora knives in the countries massdrop won't ship to.

CRKT M16-01 Series Knives
Australian Here : Knife received safe and sound. Package was opened by customs, and they left me a nice note saying everything was fine and they had not confiscated anything.
Cheers to the person who packaged the knife, the tension on the pivot was screwed down tight so it was impossible to open one handed (as this was the old arbitrary test customs used to determine if a knife was 'legal' or not). Rest assured this has been corrected and the act...
