i received mine yesterday and everything is working properly for me. packaging was good and included an actual english manual (chinese on the other side). it doesn't mean much, but it's the nicest manual i recall getting with any of my keyboards.

Cancelled my order after reading the manual and seeing there's literally zero customizability, and the two fn keys aren't even lower and raise--to raise, you have to press shift+fn. Unacceptable, don't know who designed that. What's the point of double space bars and double fn keys if they do the same thing?

They aren't hosting them. They're pointing to their location from the manufacturer. When I got my Magicforce off of Amazon, I had to use a similar link to get the manual.
