Nice. I was just looking at this on your Kickstarter. What's the daily rate/deviation of this movement? What's your take/thoughts on these Chinese tourbillon movements?

hernandocoHello, thanks for the feedback. Regarding the daily deviation, it is approximately +/- 25 seconds, which is similar to our Japanese Miyota 9100 which we used in our Multimatic watch. Our parent company has extensive experience with Chinese movements, most of which are still very unreliable, but there are a few exceptions. The more recent Tourbillon movements from Hangzhou, Seagull, Peacock and Shanghai have improved a lot through investments in Swiss machinery and staff training. As a small brand, it would be a mistake to sell products with unreliable movements, as it would lead to large expenses and warranty claims, so we make sure to only use reliable movements. One additional reason for using the Peacock 5212 is that it is the thinnest multifunction Tourbillon movement in its price category. Cheers

Great design. Wish they would apply double-sides AR to cut that ugly glare out and let that beautiful face come trough all that ugly glare
