What 35mm film camera to choose for the long haul?

more_vert
For those of you that are into shooting 35mm film, I am curious what camera you think is ideal for continuing with the hobby in the long term. As my beloved Pentax LX slowly falls further into disrepair, I am forced to confront the fact that due to lack of parts and qualified technicians, eventually my camera will cease to function completely.
SO - my question to the collective consciousness of Massdrop: what 35mm film camera should I be looking at if I want to continue shooting? Is there another unicorn camera body out there that will provide me with the joys that my LX does, but can also be maintained and repaired in the future?

HELP!

Evidently I have options, albeit expensive ones...Leica is still making some of their venerable offerings in rangefinder formats, and Nikon has the F6 for those who like the SLR form factor.
Sounds like I might need to start selling stuff to fund a new Leica.
