Heefty+1 for cycling/MTB. There is a ton of interest in this alone to make for a viable community with this focus.

HeeftyI'm not a biker but the cycling community is a good idea along with general fitness.

ATsessionAgree. There's been plenty of discussion in a chain or two in the ultralight community already. I think it'd be a win.

PussInBootsMCI kinda fear general fitness, because there's a lot of obscure, weird things out there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MzzLsJEzR8
It's quite broad and far reaching beyond that. Obviously based on my suggestions my idea of fitness is much different from a broader community as well.

HeeftyYeah I don't agree with general fitness. Keep it focused. Cycling involving all forms would be a good start.

HeeftyThat's quite a variety of activities in one community. I could see that being several new, independent communities - Tri, Cycling, and Fitness, for example, plus the trail running and bikepacking being part of the Ultralight Community. But I love to see the support for your post and all the great ideas!

DannyMilksJust ideas, really. Not really intended to be a single community. I'd definitely be interested in a community geared towards any one of those things. Triathlon underlined, of course, because it encompasses 3-4 of them.
