more_vert
I've been looking around for a nice and comfortable chair that won't hurt my back for awhile and I just wanted to hear some different suggestions from the masses. Thanks!

I using one by Humanscale, Diffrient model, Best minimalistic chair I've ever sat on. Expensive but worth it, especially in the long run. The brands eunu listed are all reputable known brands but all expensive, so thoroughly check and research the one you want as they all not cheap.
Hopes this helps.

I'm in the market for one as well, and the most popular ones seem to be made by Herman Miller (the Aeron and its sequels), Steelcase (Amia, Leap), and Humanscale (Freedom, Diffrient). The upgrades (leather, headrest) can be killer with those companies, however. Your money might stretch further with a lower profile manufacturer, like Ergohuman or ergoCentric.
I recommend reaching out to the people at thehumansolution.com who are also helping me right now outfit a small office for the second time. Their customer service is the best I've worked with, and they're very competitively priced. They don't carry Herman Miller chairs, however, if you decide on an Aeron.
