KirklesHas interesting potential. There are aggro routes and combo routes - a lot of them involve Winding Constrictor, Longtusk Cub, and Attune with Aether. Warning that I think it works pretty poorly with Panharmonicon.

SilverRocketSick reference to GP Houston feature match. Funny thing is Time Spiral and Planar Chaos are exactly the two sets I missed out in my Magic career.

BenjaminWeitzI've only ever cut it short to keep it to a certain number of pages, but I've been pushing the limits lately with tinier text, tighter margins, more columns, etc.

MarkJacobsonDo you see any potential for Abzan energy? I really want to make a three color, but I don't know what my options really are at the moment. Fairly new to MTG scene.

KirklesAbzan could open up some interesting removal and planeswalker options so the white could help as a supplemental color, though I can't think of any special energy aspects from that color. No matter what you aim for, if you're hesitant about locking something in, you could always play some practice games online or with proxies to get a feel for things and help refine your strategy - that way you can be confident before trading for or buying the cards for your deck. Plus it matters to pick a deck you enjoy and you could find that out too!

MarkJacobsonWell I think Jund has proven it's worth. Although Mardu vehicles is a little dominant at the moment. do you think we will see anything change with that or will the heart of kiran be the new smugglers copter?

KirklesJund Energy did look pretty cool at the PT - nice aggressively slanted deck. Heart of Kiran is definitely a great Magic card, but it is not unbeatable. Fatal Push in particular matches up extremely well against it. In addition, sometimes you have awkward draws where you have too many legendary Hearts and not enough ways to crew.
Mardu Vehicles is clearly very strong but is not overpowered. It's not hard to build a deck that would beat it - for example, BG Delirium with Push, Grasp, Liliana, Kalitas, and Ishkanah would probably be a nightmare with strong game 1 and even more it can bring in for post board. However, it's undetermined how the metagame will settle. If you design your deck to beat Mardu, what happens against other decks? Will your BG Delirium lose to people that stuck to Saheeli decks, for example? Those are the challenges awaiting upcoming Standard tournaments like GP Pittsburgh where things are still in flux.
