  • Cutlery: It should either be a hidden gem or something made for Massdrop, i.e. a blade length 12in ultra thin bread knife. No Shuns or other crap that can be found on Amazon unless Massdrop can make it absurdly cheap.
  • Baking: Silicon molds. Tools for chocolate, liquid sugars, and gelatin/pectin things.
  • Tools: Thermometer with very high and low read temps (at least 400F) that also is small enough to pocket or has a way to be put on stainless steel. Rechargeable a plus. Bains of all sorts. Freeze-able outside-odor-resistant containers.
  • Cookware: Cast iron or ceramic cookware.
  • Kitchen Electrics: Should be absurdly cheap since almost all kitchen electrics have an established king, like Vitamix for blenders, Kitchenaid for mixers, and so forth. Maybe a large toaster-sized oven that preheats extremely fast, that also can broil, and has equipment options for waffles or small baking things, like muffins or loaves.
  • Etc: Kitchen shoes, scarfs, hats, wear. Massdrop exclusive spice rack set - spice refills can be massdropped every other month or so.
gardeyI respect your desire for fine bread knives. I have purchased this one and can confirm it to be at least mostly what you are interested in. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001TPA816/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
