DO NOT BUY FROM MASSPLOP !!!! Joined the drop 16th October, I was notified watch was sent out on the 26th October. 2 weeks later checked tracking parcel had not left massplop this was confirmed by DHL. After 2 weeks of back and forth with the worst customer support script read BS and 5 request's for them to make an inquiry as to what was going on, I was then told the watch was lost ..... A new one would be sent ASAP, yeah right. A week later nothing and no CS reply's. Said i would be reversing credit card charges the next day. An hour later a email was sent saying a new watch has been sent and the original had been returned to massplop HQ as it was not deliverable..... sure sure..... The day after that I received an email from a community manager saying it was likely the new package would suffer the same fate and offered a refund even though a watch had already been sent .... WTF who dose that ?? I thought this was very strange !! I asked him why would you offer a refund if a new watch had been sent ? No reply .... In the end I had my bank reverse the charges as by now I had no faith in massplop. 3 weeks later package arrives from massplop..... NO FAITH justified !!!! OH LOOK NO F'ING watch inside!!!!! and the package was not tampered with !! All makes sense now !! Offer a refund and wait for fake package with no watch to arrive then say watch was delivered and revoke refund offer !! SCAMMING 101 ....  Been a week now with no reply from massPLOP ......

Massdrop is hard to contact or deal with unless you use paypal then they suddenly seem to get responsive when paypal contacts them they react rather quickly

Hey there. 100% unacceptable. Watches are notorious for disappearing between points A and B, but we're working on figuring out what happened right now and will be in touch with you shortly.
I don't want to discuss private interactions on a public forum. The most I can say is that a refund was issued almost a month ago and the Support agent did what they could to resolve the issue. I'm sorry for the way things turned out, but there's not much else I can do to help.

AlexPkYou think this is about the money ? It's not... It's about the lying scumbag customer service personal who can't do there job properly actually at all. I have literally had better customer service from an Indian scam call centre! It's about massplop sending an EMPTY watch box with a citizen booklet inside ... This is not first time this has happened won't be the last.... No apologies for fucking me around for 2 months nothing .... No wonder you can't give reviews on massplop, if you could no one would bother with this shitty site it's not worth the hassle....
