I have been carrying the Kestrel "Ti Ultralight" knife.
On my calibrated scale it is 9.4 grams (0.331 ounces) and has proven itself as all I really need for the trail designing, hiking, and trail running that I do.
It is titanium (6AL-4V) with a convex edge with impregnated tungsten carbide on one side.

abelaMan, that is *weird*. Convex on one side. If I remember right, 6AL-4V is the alloy used in the F22 Raptor fighter. I x-rayed the welds on the forward booms for years. Don't allow halogens or lead near it.
