Has any traditional pocket knife been made with a Garreth Bull Shamwari style flipper?

more_vert
Have any traditional pocket knife maker adapted the front flipper deployment found on several contemporary knives lately? Case has tried the Russlock, which does not work in my pocket, because of the top flipper sticking straight up. Case has also tried thumb studs on the blade, but they are just too tiny and awkward on a traditional knife blade. Studs and vertical flippers ruin the elegance of traditional knives. Imagine GARRETH BULL and GEC combining to design a front flip burnt Stag single blade in the traditional 3-4” closed length. Has any production, bench maker, or full custom knife maker achieved a Shamwari style flipper in a traditional pocket knife form?
