I don't know if I have a favorite photo from any of the cameras I use or have used. I like each one in its way. But these are some that worked out pretty well from a couple of cameras:

I did this one with my Canon T2i and a Tokina 11-16mm rectilinear. This is the camera I carry around most of the time.

This was an aerial pano I did with its predecessor, my Canon A650IS point 'n shoot. At the time it was my daily carry, even though I had a 20D at home. I never really fell in love with the 20D, and despite the fact the A650 wouldn't shoot RAW it was a darned good camera at the time. (And about a quarter the weight of the 20D with any kind of lens. That mattered a lot for aerial work.)

But if it has a way to gather photons and form an image, there's almost always a way to make a decent photograph with it. A couple of years back we were prepping this coating chamber at work, and all I had on hand was a first generation GoPro that lived in that room. (My fault for not having my daily carry on me at the time.) So that's what I used. Turns out it was the right one for the job.
