How does credit work?
I have a notification at the top saying "Austin Evans promotion redeemed! A $15 credit will be applied automatically to your next eligible drop." I'm wondering how this works, it doesn't really seem to clarify the details regarding the promotion. What is the next eligible drop, does this promotion only apply to a few select eligible drops and doesn't apply to all massdrop products? Does it apply to all massdrop products over $15? How do I find out the details regarding this promotion? What about products below $15? Any explanations would be appreciated. Thank You.

Coupons = One-time use.
Credits = Use 'til they're gone.
Both apply to any purchase/product.

Credits are applied to the next thing you purchase. You will see it on the right side of the checkout/transaction page with a little label that says something like "Credit" and it will also state the amount. I do not know about that happens if the item is under $15 (your credit amount)

I'd like to buy the Sennheiser 6xx but I have no idea how much is going to be after adding delivery and custom fees. Does anyone know? I live in Spain.

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)

I miss Massdrop
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?
