So maybe the community can help me, since the massdrop support is unattentive. So here it is I joined a drop, (MSI 24/27" 144hz 1ms gaming monitors) joined twice and was shipped last November 2. Was able to track it down just fine not until last November 23, it is knowhere to be traced until now it is undelivered, tried contacting massdrop about it, but no response except the last time (dec 10) they gave some explanation that shipments to the country (ph) usually takes about 6 weeks. But its almost 2 months now. Can anyone help me? It was supposed to be a Christmas Gift turned out to be problem. With tracking numbers: GM545322949114541199 For the RED LED version And GM545322949114541205 For the RGB verision Both are 27"

Re: Update So a few days ago, i received an email from massdrop, declaring that my package(s) /was lost. However i told them to conduct further investigation on what actually happened to my packages, and heres what i got; Massdrop Community Support Jan 2, 10:06 AM PST Hi Joseph, Amy here to help look into the courier issue. I am showing that it was returned to our warehouse on 2018-11-14 for package associated with tracking number 'GM545322949114541205 (DHL). The warehouse log shows that the reason for return was "UNDELIV - REFUSED" - however, this reason may sometimes be defaulted when there is no clear reason why the item was bounced back.  Sometimes it can be bounced back to due incorrect address. We will respond to you once the specialists reach a final decision.  Sincerely, Amy And with that, i have this. What do you guys think Massdrop should do, (a) Well a refund isnt always a good thing for almost all of us. When we need someting we want it to come as fast as possible, refunding isnt always great, its just like turning your heads to what you are ought to do. You sell things not refund stuffs.. Aside from that.imagine the time it took me and the receiver waiting. (8 weeks) (b) reship it, with a different courier. After all it was an open order that needs to be fullfilled, i believe this specific case is a nightmare for every shopper. Keep it from happening again, i mean with my case they can still fix it. KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING EVER.
