Do I Need to Lube My Keyboard Switches?
Figure 1: Sometime around here is a good time to ask that question... If you’re new to the mechanical keyboard hobby, I have no doubt that planning your first keyboard build is a bit of a daunting task. To be entirely honest with you, it’s only a tiny bit less daunting for your second or even third keyboard builds should you stay around a little while longer. You’ve got the keyboard itself to worry about, stabilizers, keycaps, and even switches on top of all of the intangible marks you want your dream keyboard to hit. Switches are especially daunting right out of the gate as there’s just so many options out there to pick from – each with their own unique specifications, manufacturers, and more. Yet, in spite of all of these differences between switches, time and time again I find people always asking about lubing switches as one of their chief concerns when it comes to picking some up. With countless numbers of content creators talking about lubing switches, its no...

Every well lead growing company will come to the point to ask how could we expand our customerbase and marketposition. Let's have a look at different laws/rights of customers given, how is the competition, do i've enough interesting products for foreign market/need.
Imagine MDs setup, no products to be bought today, delivered tomorrow, people are unhappy all the time about long waiting time. Being MD Europe, people will shortly demand a lot more Europe/ISO products, because selling/being here, we've the right to demand our "special" local needs to be covered. What are they supposed to offer, another Ducky/Corsair ISO mk, which is given "everywhere", of course Amazon is one Euro cheaper and will deliver tomorrow.
MD doesn't produce in general, most of the time using contacts to find new interesting, sometimes exclusive products, but they can only sell what is given, but they have to cover daylie business, there aren't that many non standard products given to cover that and may i ask how many exclusive groupbuys can we participate, there is a limit in everyones pocket.
For me MD is only interesting for products hard or not to get somwhere else most of the time, being a relialable partner. Massproducts can be gotten at many places and there is always someone being a little bit cheaper.
Shipping costs have become most of the time pretty good, even more in comparison with other sellers in the US. But Tabao and Amazon ship for free, well, having to pay only "slave wages" or being a company offering allmost every product in existence with the power to "dictate" margins/prices and a much better mixed calculation due to the sheer amount what they offer, MD can't compete. Doesn't companies exporting goods to sell here doesn't have to pay tax, maybe they've other opportunities to "cheat" their way out, but i can't imagine Schäuble (German Minister for Finances) saying: Oh well, it's MD, let them pass for free, i don't want/need that money.
Being a customer it's wholeheartly understandable to get the most for/out of my money, but there is always someone else paying my saving. Have you ever seen a "Fairtrade mk" (this just came to my mind :)).
It's a tricky situation that many people think their work ... is underpaid, but demand others to work cheap!
Should be enough for now, but please keep it coming and feel free to disagree, this could be a very nice and interesting discussion!
Cheers
