+1 for the Gent. The scales are removable turning it into a tiny framelock. There's also a respectable number of custom scales out there to pimp it out if you so desire. The pocketclip is excellent, I've had no issues with it springing on me. The blade dimensions seem to generally fit your requirements; what constitutes abuse is personal (Cutting zipties falls into that category for me, other people would consider using it as an axe to build a log cabin as the abuse line). It's thin enough to be a decent slicer, but thick enough I haven't had durability issues with it. F/F seems to be an issue; I have one I bought new (which flies open and drops shut, even with the lockbar engaged) and one I bought used (Still decent, but doesn't drop shut.) S35V is pretty stainless, not perfectly so I wouldn't recommend leaving it in an emergency bag on a salt water kayak but for EDC purposes where it'll only deal with rain or food residue I've had no issues. Sturdiness of the lock is another issue, as I said it's a small knife, and based on your dimensions any knife will be. Simply put a folder isn't meant to be abused, and small folders even more so. If you're intending on batonning with this or something I would recommend getting a small fixed blade knife, but if its for EDC purposes (opening boxes, clamshells, cutting string, zipties, food) then it's a great, lightweight, affordable choice.
