Why doesn't Massdrop implement an all-inclusive shipping cost for their customers outside of the USA?

more_vert
Many online websites are beginning to implement all-inclusive shipping costs for those outside of the US. For example StockX have this to say for EU buyers;
For our European buyers, we have now created a more transparent pricing policy for all items listed on our marketplace. This means that all of the costs presented on StockX when purchasing an item will be all inclusive. No additional taxes, duties, or VAT will be collected upon delivery of your item, like we have done in the past.
We believe in the power of transparency, so we made sure that what you see is what you get.
The key word here is transparency. Why should customers have to pay for a product, only to be slapped in the face with a letter demanding duties later on. Massdrop is not a little startup anymore, so I don't understand why this isn't possible. I don't want to draw too many comparisons to the systems other companies use, but I don't see this as an unrealistic option.
