I preordered the HD58x and there was a payment error

Today I found out that the payment for the headphones didnt go trough and there was a payment error, sadly I saw this too late and now when the drop has ended I'm wondering. Is there a way to still get them sent to me and go trough with the transaction?

Usually there is a grace period for a few days after that occurs to get a replacement payment in (even after the drop has ended). I second @erickong 's advice to reach out via the contact support button in the upper right hand menu Transactions>HD58X drop>contact support
That sucks I mean they should try to get you one
Have you tried contacting customer service?
