What over-ear headphones should I buy?

more_vert
I'm in the market for a ~$200-$300 pair of headphones. I had my eyes on either a used Senheiser 660s or Senheiser 600. I would use them for gaming and listening to music. I also have been starting to produce music so that may factor into my choice. I know there is much more on the market other than Senheiser. Here is some info on my amp and dac if it helps: Audio D/A Converter: This player features a 192kHz/24-bit audio digital-to-analog converter. Digital Audio Output Capabilities: You can select the sampling frequency and word length of the audio signal to be output via the digital outputs. You can select 48kHz/16-bit or 96kHz/24-bit. When set to 48kHz/16-bit, the audio signals are always converted to 48kHz/16-bit. When set to 96kHz/24-bit, all types of signals, including 96kHz/24-bit, are output in their original format. However, if the signal is encrypted for copyright protection purposes, the signal is only output as 48kHz/16-bit. 58x Jubilee I ve not received them but some reviewer compare them to the 660s. I've the 600 that I love, as well as the 598. The 6xx I found them veiled. The HE400I is a great choice also.
