Massdrop claims that I only ordered one product, but I paid for two and received shipping confirmation for both.
I received: "Your Dayton Audio B652-AIR Speakers & SUB-1000 has shipped with tracking number ____________ and it should be arriving soon!" When only one arrived, I inquired with Massdrop. I received an email back claiming that I only ordered one product and quoting the prices for one product and both. Note: I paid for both.
Has anyone else had this experience? If so, is there a way to correct Massdrop. I am not impressed with the service to say the least.
