LastBratHa! So you noticed the woman in red!? :) Actually the ESC key represents the red pill and the ENTER represents the blue pill.
Yes, it would be fun to add a few novelties, but I wanted to keep the keyset design simpler.

panaromicoI think it's better to have the capslock key on the left to have a red background novelty key with legend "red pill", and the enter key on the right to have a blue background novelty key with legend "blue pill". As for the ESC position, make it a novelty key with picture/symbol of a telephone(or the handset of it), maybe in green background color, black foreground color .

hhkbp2I like the idea of the phone on the ESC key :) Although I think the red and blue pill texts would highlight the obvious, and leaving them without text seem more like pills:) I also prefer that the ESC key is the red pill because it is the one that makes you escape from the matrix and the ENTER key is the one that makes you enter the matrix.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
