There Are Pandas, and Then There Are Pandas.
And this isn't either of them! The Pandas we're talking about here, are watches, not bears. And what got me thinking about them (again) was a link posted this morning by @cm.rook who pointed a few of us to the very attractive (and not terribly priced) Yema "Rallygraph" Panda which, in it's most traditional arrangement, looks like the one on the left, but can also be had in the version on the right: The model on the left is a true Panda, while the model on the right is called a reverse Panda. The reason for that distinction is clear--Panda bears, only come in the first arrangement. Now at this point, everyone should be thinking about the most well-know Panda, The Rolex Panda, which is actually a Daytona, and among Rolex Daytonas, the most famous of which is the Paul Newman Daytona, which was famous first, because it was Paul's, and second because it sold at auction for $17.8 million (US Dollars). The story of that auction is well-known so I'll only...

For 1 portion: 150 g minced meat 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp grated pepper 1/2 tablespoon butter 2 pieces of jalapeño 62 1/2 g creame cheese 10 g of blue cheese cheese 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice 37 1/2 g bacon
1/8 pieces of finely sliced red onions 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 tsp sugar 1/8 dl water
20 g finely ground cabbage, summer cabbage 1/2 celeriac in fine strips 1 piece of hamburger bread 1 tablespoon bbq sauce
Start making stuffed jalapeños. Divide jalapeño in two and take out the seeds. For medium taste: remove both stems and seeds from the jalapeño. Mix together snowflakes, blue cheese and lemon juice. Use an icing bag and fill them with the blue cheese cream cheese. Save the rest of the cream cheese for the burgers. Sauté the stuffed jalapeños into bacon. Fry for 20-25 min at 225 ° C until the bacon is golden. Feel free to put the stuffed jalapeños on a plate of some kitchen paper to allow excess fat to drain. Make pickled red onions, mix together the red onions, lemon juice, sugar and water in a bowl. Stir in salt and pepper in the meat dough, but do not stir too long, the dough shall not be tough. Have some water on a board and form the dough into a round cake squeezed into large flat burger. Bake burger in a hot frying pan with butter until crispy, approx. 3 minutes on each side. Warm hamburger bread quickly in the pan. Grill? Grill the burger 4-5 minutes on each side. Warm hamburger bread quickly on the grill. Mix together the cabbage and celery for a cabbage salad. Fill hamburger bread with bbq sauce, cabbage salad, hamburger, pickled red onion, blue cheese, cream cheese and serve with jalapeño poppers.
