RebuswindThose are lovely!
Balisongs are very illegal where I am, and they just seem unnecessarily dangerous to me.

Daisy_CutterThey are really not that dangerous...just remember to hold the safe side, you should not cut yourself with any well built balisong

Rebuswindbalisong trainers/hair combs/forks/whatever-as-long-as-it's-not-a-useable-blade are all legal here... I'm currently looking at getting a OTF hair comb lol Perfectly legal even though Out-The-Front Knives are illegal, just like any other automatic knives...but Karambits are legal and so are Fixed Blades and assisted-opening folders... (if their criteria for illegality is how fast a blade is ready to go, OTF and Autos should be illegal but so should Fixed Blades...in any case, those functions like OTF and Automatics don't make a knife more lethal than any other kind of blade, including but not limited to Cooking Knives...) But I digress...our gun laws are even more stupid and senseless... Yes our knife laws suck... You can own a Sword-Cane bigger than 30" and that's completely legal though...ironic isn't it?
About Balisongs/Butterfly trainers and OTF/Automatics. As long as it cannot be considered a weapon (like a metal trainer, a hair comb, a fork) and you can give a reason for possessing it, they are legal to own...

Potvin.FI know...you can actually walking around with a sword cane on the street, but if your pen has a blade one the other side...you can be arrested by having it in your pocket...really making a lot fxxking sense...I can open most knife as fast if not faster than some auto knives...and I am sure balisong open slower than most knife even you know how to use one...also...you can not have a brass knuckle but you can totally have a wood knuckle, Carbon fiber knuckle or plastic knuckle which can do same if not more damage to people...I wonder what kind of people are making those laws...

RebuswindYes, some of these laws make no sense. In PA, you can buy any gun you want or ship giant swords to your house but not a baton. So, basically, they are saying a stick is too dangerous a weapon to own in pa.
