It’s not easy! Hello world, I once asked about a good amp or amp dac combo in the $200 dollar range to push my 6XX,HE4XX and I got all kinds of responses it actually made the choice harder I know everybody has different ears but is it that complicated. I’m a newbie so please don’t chew me out I just need some help..Thanks all.

As I've written before, any halfway decent amp will sound the same as another in a blind test, but most people do not listen blind. I do not give recommendations based on placebo. Instead, I recommend that you listen to what you want to buy before hand. Typical recommendations in that price range are the schiit stack and O2, although you aren't going to find those in a hifi shop. There are also capable chinese amps/dacs that come up on Massdrop fairly frequently (eg, Topping, SMSL, Aune, etc). Of these, I think schiit is the easiest to return (w/ 15% restocking fee) if you end up not liking it. Personally, I would buy on features, aesthetics, and build quality.
Again, as a practical matter, either the equipment is working and it sounds the same, or if it doesn't sound like everything else then it is by definition broken. Note that most tube amps do not distort audibly, and even an amp with ~100Ohm output impedance (eg, OTL tube amps) will have a fairly mild effect on the HD6xx and no effect on FR on the HE4xx.
For more information, I wrote a fairly long explanation of technical details here: https://www.massdrop.com/talk/2672/amps-and-da-cs/1881426
Most audiophiles agree that a good tube amp brings out the best of the Sennheiser 6X0 series of headphones. The Darkvoice Tube Amp is pretty popular for the $200 range. You might be able to find a used Crack for $200 if you're lucky.

Hey Ali. 2 popular and budget friendly choices are the Schiit Magni (amp) and modi (dac) combo, referred to as the Schiit stack. The other one is the O2 amp and dac stack. Both make similar sounds and will provide the full potential of your headphones. The main factors that come to a buying decision are looks (which would you rather look at while listening to music) And which one has the input output features for you?
