Go to pcpartpicker, it’s really helpful for organizing your parts list. $600 is a really tight budget for a content creation machine. But if youre gaming and creating content pair an AMD Ryzen 1200 with a Gtx 1050ti. A 2x4 kit of ram. Whatever a320/b350 motherboard. dont buy a sketchy power supply, but you also don’t need above 500W. The included cooler with the 1200 will be fine. Buy a cheap ass case. (Maybe the deepcool tesseract) and buy a 1tb hard drive. Boom

CadeMyersI agree, Ryzen is the way to go on a tighter budget. If you have a decent GPU already, just use that as availability and pricing is crazy at the moment. If streaming you might want to keep your old pc for that end of it and just adding a capture card.
