I don't have a grail. However, if money was of no concern, I wouldn't mind a Grand Seiko SBGD201.

AsheikmHave you seen Hodinkee's three part series on the Grand Seiko manufacture? For such a wonderful manufacture, it's a shame the stigma of "cheap Seiko's" is there for so many people.

Vincent.HYes! The passion of the people who makes these watches is what makes me even consider, albeit only in a hypothetical situation, paying so much for a watch. As many of our generation, I grew up pretty much idolizing Bruce Lee and everything martial arts. Bushido is definitely a mainstay of that world, and is embedded somewhere deep inside me. When watching the Hodinkee shorts, it was as if I could feel them finding their purpose by adhering to that code. It is as if the watch is constructed as an exercise in following the "way." Maybe I am imagining things, but that is how I feel.
I think GS is working towards removing the "cheap" stigma.

AsheikmOh, for sure. I think as Credor gains popularity it will only help Seiko's reputation in the West.
