Unless you want to go full ham on video, get a Canon 24-105 with an adapter. It covers most of the focal lenghes you ever need for making films and it takes incredible still images. Yes, I am suggesting a non-native lens because the new Sony lenses nowadays are mostly focus by wire which means when you do focus pull, you have no control over the focus point. And when you are making a film, you are not going t
o rely on the auto focus, you are going to manual focus 100% of the time to achieve consistency. TCSTV has a better explanation on this topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9ZNHQNq0io My suggestion is: get lenses with a real focus ring. Sony lenses are still great for still images though.
