There's really no good portable DAP under $100. If you spend a little bit more, I highly recommend the Cayin N3 or if you want something a little smaller, then the Hidizs AP60 Mk 2. They both run Hiby Software and have a ton of features including 2-way bluetooth, and 2-way USB features (i.e. you can use bluetooth to headphones or stream from your phone to the device, or use it as a USB DAC or use it as a transport to another DAC) and HibyLink for controlling the device on your phone.
That said though, you may be better off just using your phone. There's some great music players on Android. You should try HibyMusic, PowerAmp, Phonograph, USB Audio Player, and some others. Spotify works great for streaming if you have a paid subscription and use their highest quality setting. It's cheaper than Tidal and sounds great to me.
Edit: I just noticed that this post somehow became its own post when it originally was a reply to another user's question...

antdroidFiio q1 (mk1 is even cheaper now). Little bear tube. LGv20 and v30 phones.
EdwgAnd if you really want to get up to the 100 dollar mark, the Fiio Q1 MK2 is 99.99 and under at some sites.

EdwgNo worries. I agree with you though, the Q1 mk1 is my recommendation for a Amp/Dac combo for $50-60. There's nothing in that price range that will beat it if you want to use proper over-ear headphones on the go. It has plenty of power, no noise, and it sounds great. It has just enough power for my planar magnetic headphones.
