If you already have FF lenses, then pick the body that works with them. Otherwise, if you know what you are going to use the camera for, you will know which lenses you want. When comparing, compare lens+camera as a system. Most of the mirrorless weight advantage goes away with longer lenses - but there are still advantages. I'd put at the top of that list: live histograms, focus peaking. (to be fair, many FF DSLRs have live histograms in 'liveview' - but they are, in that mode, mirrorless cameras) OTOH, if you are looking for resolution about like the a7iii (24MP), then the mid-range Nikons become quite attractive as you can use film era lenses (search ebay for "Nikon AF-D"). A lot of these are out-resolved by the pro level cameras(800/810/850), but they're great on the 600/610/700/750. I'm very big on buying camera gear used. It all takes a big drop in value from 'new' to 'used', but not much in the 'used' to 'more used', except when there's a big jump in sensor tech. The big secret on the Nikon side is the D600. These came with an issue: many had shutters that spattered the sensor with oil droplets. Nikon corp stonewalled and the used price plummeted. Since then, Nikon has admitted the issue , and will now service the shutter, clean the sensor even with cameras that are out of warranty (US cameras only, I think). I bought one with more than 100K clicks on the shutter without worry. I've had a single oil spatter issue (after camera was left in a very hot car) sent it to Nikon, it came back spotless internally and it looks like they did something to the shutter. No charge. I've met people who had the oil issue a few times, and the last time they sent their 600 in, they got a new 610 in the return box. The D600 does not have a tilt liveview panel (so low shots are a PITA) and also doesn't have live histograms. But for the low price and what is, essentially, a lifetime warranty on the shutter, I'm happy to have mine.
